LOT CLEARING & LAND RECLAMATION IN CENTRAL MAINE
We specialize in lot clearing and land reclamation services in Maine, turning overgrown fields, seasonal lots, and old farm pastures back into usable space. Whether you’re in Bangor, Ellsworth, or Bar Harbor, Siteworks clears brush, alders, and saplings quickly so you can enjoy your land again.
RECLAIM YOUR PROPERTY, UNLOCK IT’S POTENTIAL
Over time, even the best-kept properties in Maine can become overtaken by brush, alders, poplar saplings, and years of thick overgrowth. What used to be usable space slowly disappears as vegetation creeps in from the edges, sometimes 20–30 feet or more. Our Lot & Land Reclaiming service is designed to give that space back. Using professional-grade equipment, Siteworks clears overgrown land quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your property again.

FAQ
How soon can you start?
Scheduling depends on project size and season, but most jobs can be started within 1–2 weeks of estimate approval.
Will stumps be removed?
Forestry mulching grinds vegetation to ground level, but stumps remain. This is usually fine for fields, camps, and wooded areas. If full stump removal is needed for construction, we’ll advise you on the best next step.
Do I need permits for this work?
For most residential and light commercial reclaiming projects, permits are not required. If your property borders wetlands, streams, or lakes, we’ll help you understand local guidelines.
